The function of an internal mixer is to heat the mixed powder or return material, and continuously roll and press the two rotors to achieve gelation. The workflow of this equipment is to first mix the added raw materials, process the raw materials, unload them, and then load them after a period of time. The motor only works from the time of loading to the time of unloading. The motor does not work after unloading and before the next loading, while the motor runs continuously throughout the entire process. The motor wastes a large amount of electrical energy after unloading and before the next loading.
Frequency conversion energy-saving transformation plan: By controlling the motor through a frequency converter, the motor runs at full speed of 50HZ during processing. When not processing, the frequency of the frequency converter is reduced to operate at 35HZ (the operating frequency can be customized), reducing the speed of the motor and achieving energy-saving goals.
In order to achieve simple operation after energy-saving transformation of the equipment, the following control method is adopted: the motor current will increase due to the increase of load after feeding, and the load will decrease during standby, and the current will decrease (maintained within the range of no-load current). By utilizing this feature, the current detection function of the frequency converter itself is used to determine the speed of the frequency converter.
Terminate the A1V terminal and AI2 terminal of the frequency converter, and the A1V terminal function is to simulate the output current signal of the frequency converter (0-10V corresponds to 0-rated current value). Through on-site observation, the current of the frequency converter at no load is 200A, and the A1V output is 4V (which can be adjusted according to the on-site situation). The current after feeding is greater than 200A. At this point, it is only necessary to set the corresponding output frequency of 35HZ when the AI2 terminal voltage is 0-4V (the lower limit frequency can be set to 35HZ). When the AI2 terminal voltage is 4-10V, the output frequency is basically 50HZ. AIV determines the size of the analog output signal based on the load current. AI2 controls the input frequency of the frequency converter based on the change of the A1V analog output signal, thereby achieving the goal of changing the motor speed.
