This machine mainly consists of an integrated base, frame, front and rear rollers, transmission gears, reducer, distance adjustment device, roller temperature adjustment device, safety switch, and electrical control system.
The material of the roller is alloy chilled cast iron, which has high hardness and wear resistance. The roller temperature adjustment device can adjust the roller temperature by injecting steam or cooling water into the roller to meet the process requirements.
This machine is designed and installed with safety protection devices
1. Electrical protection: When the equipment exceeds a large load, the equipment stops.
2. Roller safety device: When the equipment momentarily exceeds the pressure of the roller, the safety plate seat will automatically break. Thus protecting the rollers and other major components (without this device in the XK-400), making the machine more reliable in operation and minimizing maintenance costs.
3. The machine is equipped with a braking device. In case of an emergency, pulling the safety lever can immediately brake, thereby reducing the occurrence of accidents.
